Here is another High Hopes image....colored with Copics and highlighted with the white Inkssentials opaque white pen. Designer paper and glitter rubons by Cloud9, Prima flowers and little gems complete this card. Final touches of sponging and faux stitching and pop dots add some depth to the layout!
