That's what I said when I saw this cutie!! Image is by Stamping Bella,I believe. She's colored in Copics and higlighted with a white gel pen. Dress it Up glitter dots bling it up a bit!HINT: Use your Nestabilities in a whole new way.....make a frame...and then use it for and embellishment rather than a frame!! FUN!
